Request Access to SafetyStratus
To request access to SafetyStratus, click on the "Request Service" box in the upper right corner of the SafetyStratus Access service page. Please allow 1-2 business days from the time of submission for your request to be fulfilled. For immediate assistance, please reach out to your HSRM contact.
